MADE.COM
As the Visual Merchandising Manager at MADE.com, my portfolio showcases a diverse range of projects that I personally designed and managed, blending interior design, styling, spatial layout, showroom renovation, and visual merchandising. Each project reflects my ability to create immersive and commercially driven spaces that elevate the customer experience while staying true to MADE.com’s brand identity. From complete showroom transformations to meticulously styled room sets, my work demonstrates a keen eye for aesthetics, functionality, and strategic storytelling, ensuring every space is both inspiring and commercially effective.
Renovation
As the Visual Merchandising Manager at MADE.com, I played a pivotal role in the development and evolution of the showroom, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to align the space with the brand’s vision and commercial objectives. I led the full renovation and refurbishment of the showroom, overseeing the project from initial ideation to final execution. This involved conceptualising innovative spatial layouts, curating product selections, and designing immersive styling that enhanced the customer journey. Managing the entire process, I coordinated with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketing, and operations, ensuring that every element, from materials and finishes to furniture placement and lighting, was executed to the highest standard. My strategic approach not only revitalised the showroom but also strengthened its role as an inspiring and commercially effective space that showcased MADE.com’s design-led aesthetic.
